  Not just a walkthrew, they were very thorough. Took them about 3 hours which included crawling under the house to inspect the ductwork, changing out all the incandescent lightbulbs to LED, sealing all the pipes and conduit, and testing their work.
  The testing consisted of applying both negative and positive pressure in the house before and after their work, to see how well they did. In my case there was a 30% increase of efficiency due to drafts.
  Well done.
