  It has taken over a 3 week period to have a shed built, a floor laid, and has not been completed by Marshall Builders. I have called numerous times, also text. Each time I get excuses why the job cannot be completed. This is an 8 X 10 ft shed.
  1. When asked if Paul would do the job he said yes.
  2. Waited and waited for one of his workers to show up, He was late arriving.
  3. The worker "James" that was sent had NEVER built a shed.
  4. While James was building the shed, rather than prep himself to get the screws and washers together he would put a washer onto the screw ONE AT A TIME and then screw the screw and washer in. One screw, one washer when he should have got a bunch of screws and washers ready all at once, then continued till gone, then put more washers on the screws again and continue on.
  This was milking time. What should have taken at most building a tin (aluminum) shed should have taken approx. 8 hours. It took 11 hours.
  5. After a weeks wait and excuses over the phone calls and text messages Paul and his Son, arrived with a rock mix to lay a floor and to place barn horse mats. All I received was the placing of rock and TWO horse matts.
  6. Should have been another mat to complete the laying of the floor. Still missing the 3rd mat and and a riser at the sliding door as was part of the project
  7. I asked if I could send a check to pay for the services in WHICH TO DATE THE JOB IS NOT COMPLETED, yet Paul "MARSHALL BUILDERS, said he needed the money to cover his costs.
  I wrote out a check then understanding ( I thought ) and since writing a check for the amount of $546.71 THE JOB HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED AND IS NOT RESPONDING TO TEXT AND PHONE MESSAGES.
  This job so far even being incomplete has taken over 3 WEEKS
  THIS IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS MAN and seems to be taking advantage of me. I am 79 years old.
  IS THIS THE KIND OF BUSINESS MAN YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH????? I DON'T THINK SO!
  NEXT, I AM CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, MY ATTORNEY AND CONTRACTORS LICENSING. ................ I GAVE NOTICE TO MARSHALL BUILDERS IF THIS JOB IS NOT COMPLETED IN 5 WORKING DAYS, I WILL FOLLOW UP ON CONTACTING THE ABOVE.
  YOU WERE ADVISED ON 7/22/2015 THAT I WILL PERSUSE THIS MATTER. TODAY IS 7/23/15.
